- Are your herbs organic ?
- – yes, all of our herbs and spices are organic. they grow wild and free without interruptions, and is harvested when needed.
- where is your herbs sourced?
- – all of our herbs are grown on my farmland in St Ann, Jamaica.
- How do i know i am getting authentic pimento wood?
- – Every order of bulk pimento wood is certified for export and will come with a phytosanitary certification. our pimento charcoal does not need certification, but it is inspected before export.

- yes, shipping is available to the following countries: Canada, Jamaica, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom, Sweden. United States of America Free shipping is available for ONLY bulk items or orders over $120. Pimento wood is NOT allowed to be shipped through express courier, only by postal service. Pimento leaves and charcoal IS ALLOWED to be sent through express. Shipping to the USA is done through Fed Ex. Tariff charges will be included in your shipment.

- yes returns are accepted within 7 business days, the items must be in the original condition. personalized items are not accepted for returns, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Full refunds are given for items that arrive defective or damaged. photo proof is needed for a refund claim for damaged or defective items,
